What areas do you serve?
Our office is in Vine Grove, Kentucky — about ten minutes from Fort Knox, Elizabethtown and Radcliff. We work throughout central Kentucky and have completed projects from Owensboro and Bardstown to Harrison County, Indiana.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
We specialize in complete site work and development for commercial, governmental, industrial and residential projects: clearing and demolition, excavation, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and pump stations, water main, detention and retention ponds, and site concrete.
Do you handle smaller or residential jobs?
Yes. We have worked on some of the largest excavation projects in the area, but we are still capable of performing small site projects, including basement excavation for residential homes.
How do I request a quote?
Call (270) 877-6303 or email your plans and project details to admin@phillipsdirt.com. Including the project location, scope and bid date helps our estimating team respond quickly.
Do you do your own surveying?
Yes. Our in-house surveyor executes 100% of our field layout using GPS and robotic instruments, and our equipment runs automatic grade control.
Do you work on military and government projects?
Yes. We have completed nine projects at Fort Knox — including the Human Resources Command, the largest GC project in the installation's history — as well as highway work for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and municipal utility projects.
Who owns Phillips Brothers Construction?
Since May 1, 2022, Phillips Brothers Construction has been 100% employee-owned and operated.
