Our team is made up of an exceptionally experienced staff of administrators, estimators, project managers and superintendents to meet our project demand.
Located in central Kentucky, we specialize in complete site work and development on commercial, governmental, industrial and residential projects — and our office is just ten minutes from Fort Knox, Elizabethtown and Radcliff.

Since May 1, 2022, Phillips Brothers Construction has been 100% employee-owned and operated. Every operator, pipe layer, estimator and project manager has a stake in getting your project done right.
Self-Sufficient
Our in-house surveyor executes 100% of our field layout with GPS and robotic instruments. Being self-sufficient, we don't depend on outside surveying firms.
A team of knowledgeable, experienced mechanics keeps our equipment fleet in excellent working order and on top of the latest technology, including automatic grade control.
We are fully computerized with the latest in cost accounting, estimating and site modeling — so you get accurate numbers and a well-planned job.
